What is required to register on SITENAME?
You need a valid email address (required to activate/verify your account), a user name (chosen by you) and you must be at least 18 years old.

I have not received a confirmation mail for activation. What now?
Maybe you have mistyped your email address or it has been stored to another folder in your email mailbox (look in your spam folder of your email mailbox, which is actually not happen because our emails are not sent by third parties). Please try a new registration or contact our support team (support@localhost).

Do I need a paid subscription for your services?
No! The registration is free, subscriptions are not offered in any way by us. You are therefore not bound to any contracts with run-time costs.

What are Coins?
Coins are our own internal usable currency (only on our portal) to use most functions and services.

Why do I have to charge paid credit (Coins) to continue to use your services?
In order to offer you a completely ad-free and fully supported portal, we also have to cover our running costs. This includes all the staff and our servers to operate SITENAME. It also protects against "spam" (automated, not wanted advertising in the message system by third parties) and especially "just for fun" writers who would not take the offer (observations and tests by various institutes) seriously and spread false illusions.

Does everything really cost credits (Coins)?
No! Not everything on SITENAME consumes credit and is paid. Searching and visiting profiles, viewing visited profiles, contacts visibility, etc. are completely free.

Can I test SITENAME for free?
Sure! As soon as you have registered you will get 10 Coins. These let you get started straight away.

When are the Coins, which I paid, show in my profile or credit?
If you have paid in advance, you can pass between 2-4 days until the payment and crediting of the Coins. For the other payment providers (PayPal, Instant Transfer, Click'n'Buy) it usually takes a few seconds (up to several minutes in exceptional cases) after the payment has been paid until the credit is show to your account.

Can I convert the Coins again into real money (literally pay)?
For reasons such as the German Money Laundering Act etc. we can not pay the paid Coins in real money again.

I can not upload my photo?
The maximum size of an image is 2 MB, which allows our system to reduce loading times. Unauthorized image formats are not supported. Allowed are: JPG, GIF, PNG and BMP. If it still does not work, please contact our support.

Why is my uploaded image no longer visible in my profile?
Our system allows portait pictures and, possibly, whole body pictures.
Not allowed: Comics, children's pictures, animal pictures, erotic pictures, drawings, etc.
If you have uploaded an unauthorized image, we are obliged to remove this images to guarantee the authenticity of profiles and to exclude the violation of our terms and conditions.

Why can not I change some data in my profile such as date of birth, postcode, etc. and must I contact the support?
These data are not to be changed independently, e.g. to avoid confusion in the case of permanent changes in age and to keep the authenticity (in the case of false indications for various personal reasons) of profiles.

Someone is using a stolen photo, what should I do?
In such situations, please contact our support team. On the homepage under "customer support" at the bottom of the page describe your problem. We will immediately remove the profile from our system.

What does "search filter" mean when searching?
You can pre-define your search in "Manage Profile" - "Search Filters". You do not have to fill out the search form every time.

I have received advertising about your message system. What can I do?
SITENAME should remain free of advertising. Therefore you should contact our support in such situations. The problem can be described via the homepage under "customer support".
We will stop the inclusion of such advertisements (and possibly the removal of the responsible profile) in our system.

SITENAME is not displayed correctly in my browser, everything looks shifted and displaced. What can I do?
You probably use an old browser, which is generally no longer compatible with most pages. Please use a current browser.

How can I disable my profile?
After logging in, you can deactivate your profile by clicking on "Deactivate your profile" under "Manage Profile" -> "Change Profile". After entering your password and security code, your profile will be disabled and will not be accessible until further notice. If you want to reactivate your account, please contact support.

How can I delete my profile?
To remove your account completely, you must contact the support in the logged in state or you write an email from your registered email address to support@localhost.
